To facilitate a smooth return process, we kindly request that returns are in their original condition, and inclusive of all packaging materials and UPC tags. In cases where these conditions are not met, regrettably, the return will be deemed void, and the items in question will either be destroyed or donated. To expedite the return process, kindly include your order email or a note with your order number.
Your refund will be issued to you when your package is received by our returns department. Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the receipt of the package to have funds processed back to your bank account.
If your item doesn’t fit right or you don’t like the color, then you can exchange the same item for a different color or size via mail.
We're unable to process exchanges where the new item cost is higher than the original item cost.
If the new item cost is lower than the original item cost, a refund will be issued for the difference.
For an exchange, please be sure to include both the product number and size wanted.
